Things are running through my head
Wondering what should be said
The words that are within my heart
I cannot get out for I don't know where to start
You have blessed me you will never know
I am starting to change
But very slow
My heart aches for the things inside
The things that are within
which I have to hide
I don't understand why I fee the way I do
Here I am Jesus
I give it to you
